WTF does this thread have to do with Amir Khan, you spastic? If you wanted to let everyone know you love him, just make a ****ing thread entitled "I <3 Amir". (granted, I'm going to move it to the Lounge - or MMA forum - or just delete it...but protocol, eh?)
You're just mad because you aren't right all the time. Well, he's in the same division as Amir Khan... So why can't i mention Amir Khan regarding Matthysse? It's obvious Matthysse is overrated.
u may be right amir beats lucas comp. but i disagree. we mite see one day alexander vs khan could happen wen khan moves up and alexander can beat him. an also lucas would kill amir.
Maidana didn't kill Amir and he was a knock out puncher. I don't think Matthysse has fought anybody worth noting other than Alexander and Judah. This content is protected This content is protected
Maidana got schooled by Alexander. Matthysse beat Alexander by at least 2 rounds with a KD and he got robbed.
Yeah, but that fight was at 147. So, it's not a good comparison. Alexander was draining himself to make 140, and is stronger at 147.
Mattysse fights nothing like maidana. He hits harder and has proven he can beat speed with distance and timing. He is a slick boxer that can punch. Mattysse vs rios would be a tough fight but id say oddsmakers would favor mattysse over anyone at 140lbs.
well u dont wanna note ajose and soto like there nothing thats cool. but why dont u go to argentina and get a high knockout percentage?? do u even box?
I don't rate Ajose as highly as some may do on here and i have watched him fight in person. He's a slugger and a very wild puncher. He's a good fighter but nothing the other guys at 140 wouldn't beat. Ajose was never that great going into the Matthysse fight. I won't nuthug and say he would beat Khan, Garcia, and Rios easily because he wouldn't beat them easily. Garcia, Khan, and Rios beat Ajose.
I actually have boxed and trained with this guy as it happens. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=2878&cat=boxer
Hes already had a better career then Maidana, imo. The Judah fight was over two years ago, and was only the second time in his professional life he had fought over 4 rounds. To say that was a huge step up in class and experience is an understatement. He has improved (imo) as a fighter since then, having gotten to and adapted to the world class stage. Still, its not a good look not to stop Judah if you want to be hailed as a world class slugger. But some context is indeed needed when discussing that fight. Now, in terms of 'his other losses', not sure you know what youre talking about. He has one other loss, and its a clear robbery to Alexander, who is not a bad fighter at all.
Hey how about i come over to your house and knock you out? That will increase my ko percentage Boxing amatuers in my local gym would knock out most of the argentinian bums. That Angel Martinez guy Maidana and Matthysse knocked out is a bum from argentina.
