chef was on while back saying wlad and rtl are waiting on a decision from vitali on whether he is fighting on then they can schedule fights and arenas around dates..so wlad asking to move the date a month back is no siurprise to me what soever

and on another note.why should wlad jump now because povotkin is finally ready?

when hes as trust worthy as haye ffs.heck at least haye turned up to the presser to anounce the fight lmao..

We get it, the guy isn't a ****ing mean animal with killer instint. He just seems to love boxing and training to be the best and fighting the best compitition out there.
I don't often post but often come to ESB for info and updates. I don't know how many times I've seen a "Wlad is scared of so and so" thread or article. Then the fight is made Wlad dominates and the cycle continues for the next opponent.
This guy has suffered humilating defeats(there's a good chance it could happen again) and still comes back to fight anyone and everyone.

Wlad definitely does not want to fight Povetkin. Only a fool/Klittard would argue otherwise...

But to say this is a duck? That's ridiculous. Chisora was a duck.

With Povetkin, I just think that Wlad doesn't see the POINT in fighting him, after 2 no-shows and however long defending a garbage belt but calling himself 'the champion'.

It's also about 'pride' from people like Bernd Boente.

 

Wlad would T/K.O Povetkin , no doubt . Anyway these issues about "ducking" and boxing politics / business are killing this sport , especially the HW division which lacks of entertaining-good action packed fights.

It should be made a S6 tournament at HW div. with Wlad , Haye , Pulev , Fury , Price and Povetkin. :deal

 

I hope the fight comes off. Povetkin is the best opponent for Wlad at the moment. That´s not saying much, but that´s how it is.
