they're both looking incredibly strong, especially froch, but kessler is not far behind. this is the most anticipated of 2013 for me. I hope froch takes it.

Keep in mind that "America" wasn't speaking — just one jackleg at his computer.

Most of us are ecstatic for this bout and simply can't be bothered to rebut every troll.

I remember the numbers didn't come out after the fight and some people started asking for them. Some of them even started making crazy stats on their own...

No way Froch outlanded Kessler in that fight... Just no way...

How was that made to hype Froch-Ward when by that time they didn't even know who was going to be in the finals ? I mean there have been 1,5 year between Kessler-Froch and Ward-Froch.

It seemed to me that the statlist from the link was part of the promotional package for Ward-Froch.

One of the conditions Froch and Mick Hennessey (his promoter at the time) took the Abraham fight in Finland was under the condition that all three judges were from the USA because Froch believed Sauerland may have had links to the judges in the Kessler fight.

Kessler is a warrior, but I thought Froch deserved the victory in the first fight despite the fact he had a back injury and poor preparation going in to the fight because of the volcanic ash cloud delaying his flight to Denmark. Considering Froch has improved since then, I think Froch wins this comfortably and possibly inside the distance.

However, despite the fact I'm a massive Froch fan, I'm not so sure he is that keen on fighting Ward straight after he beats Kessler because lately he's been talking about taking an easy domestic fight against the likes of DeGale and Groves hinting that they should beat an "Authur Abraham type of fighter" which says to me he wants them to get the WBO belt so he can have a have a low-risk/high-gain fight in the UK, maybe taking on DeGale and Groves one after the other. There's also the Bute rematch in Canada which is another low-risk/high-gain fight.

Having said that, when Ward spoke to Sky Sport's Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson in LA before the Khan/Molina bout last week, Ward basically said he's keen to come and fight Froch in the UK but there's no chance he'll fight Froch in Nottingham...

I thought if Froch can make it a slugging match he will stop Kessler. If he decide to box he will lose.:think

America have some great fighters. It's just a shame that they are being protected from fighting the best. Meanwhile, Europeans are coming over to USA and fighting all comers. Hatton, Froch, Kessler, Khan, Fury, the list (past and present) goes on and on . How American fighters are not fighting the best is beyond me. They say the USA is the mecca of boxing, yet it's the Europeans who have the bigger balls.
