Purse bids are box buisness as usual. Nothing wrong with this.

K2 won the purse bid 2 times, and 2 times Povetkin refuses to fight Wlad.

At first I hated the idea of this wba kiddie title.

But after Potvetkin beat Boswell and Rahman I began to like it.

Imagine if Wlad were to defend against the hobbling Rahman or the broken armed Boswell:lol::lol:

The WBA mustve had a crystal ball when they came up with the idea.:yep

Too hard to read Kalle Sauerland's quotes? I think we'll have to leave it at your reading comprehension :deal

This aint a cash out fight. Potvetkins still just 32/33, and a loss to Wlad is not the end all for a fighter like Potvetkin.

He WILL come back from this loss and still be a major force in the division when the K2 are gone. I expect him to regain a title somewhere around 2014.:think

Sauerland has invested a ton of money in Povetkin and has yet to make any cash with him. He's not a headline fighter even though he's been a top 5 HW for years, he's still boxing on the undercards of guys like Huck and Abraham.

I bet Sauerland will be more than happy to finally make some money with Povetkin. In the last pursebids his cut was about $2-2.5 million USD, according to Teddy Atlas. Sauerland probably takes a good chunk of that in order to cover their costs bringing up doughboy.

If he's gonna get that kindof money for this fight he should be thrilled.

I think Wach got about 700K:think

Yes Wach was a voluntary defense, i.e. no guaranteed percentage cut for the challenger.

From a previous pursebid for the fight. Well he gets what like 20-25% of the purse bid amount I believe, should be around $2.5m at least.

My only hope is that the bookies will look kindly upon Povetkins record, and maybe give him favorable odds, meaning Wlad comes in around 1/6.

I remember making great coin when for some reason the bookies only had Vitali at 1/5 against Adamek!

here ill do it for you

mike tyson is the most overrated hw champion of all time..the myth about his prime is not only comical but ****ing ludicris considering his resume in his so called ****ing prime..every time he stept it up he lost..

his best win is what a larry holmes who hadnt fought in 2-3 years ??yet you call it a credible win..

hows that for me hate for tyson??

tyson was a good boxer..but he was no mythical unbeatable creature that is a FACT..

no back to the talking point..you have a hate for wladimir which has nothing to do with boxing..how do i know this??the way you obsess over him.i mean your calling him a ducker of a man who clearly did not want to fight wladimir TWICE.and as a so called boxing fan seem to forget how boxing politics works to make a fight even though you have been schooled numerous times in your own thread..

now please do one before you get exposed for having multiple accounts and talking to yourself using the multiple accounts..

fun fact if your seen talking to yourself in the street you will be sectioned

Thats not even the half of it. The situation here is you spread hate about whatever fighter you like, but when i bring facts and quotes together to prove he could be potentially avoiding AK, your feelings get crushed and you cry "HATER". Grow up you ****ing baby.

What is my other alt? Prove it. Show me? I dont need to make up bull**** to clown you around this forum.
