So, if you could bring back any 5 boxers from any era or weight class, who would they be?

And these guys are in their prime when you bring them back, and at their natural weights. And you can also pick 2 or more guys from the same division if you want.

    For me:

    - Naseem Hamed (Featherweight)
    - Mike Tyson (Heavyweight)
    - Marvin Hagler (Middleweight)
    - Roberto Duran (Lightweight)
    - Julio Cesar Chavez (Light Welter)

I would bring back all the Euro-level athletes who never got a chance to compete in the professional ranks due to restrictions. Athletes like Ali, Leonard, Robinson, would have been in journeymen in an era where top European athletes competed.

How do you see a Senchenko-Hearns matchup going at welterweight in their primes?

    Joe Gans
    Charley Burley
    Nikolai Valuev
    Langford
    Greb

    GOAT list.

Srr ducked Burley, so why anyone would pick Sugar above Burley is (not really) beyond me. Sugar had that big ego with him going which made him well more known.
But if Sugar considers you the greatest p4p boxer ever, it means you belong with the big boys.

Eddie futch , the great trainer, called Burley "the finest all-around fighter I ever saw."

Euro-level athletes are trained to fight and beat taller fighters. Hearns never fought a European athlete of Senchenko's calibre. I believe Senchenko would cause Hearns significant trouble.

    Mike Tyson(HW)

    Carlos Monzon(MW)

    Marvin Hagler(MW)

    Sugar Ray Robinson(WW/MW)

    Roberto Duran(LW)

There are obviously some more fighters up to ten more that i would bring back but those five spring to mind right now.

    ooh, ooh, i like this...

Carlos monzon ( Middleweight ) my second favorite fighter.

Wilfredo gomez ( Superbantemweight ) my third favorite fighter.

Salvador sanchez ( featherweight ) because he went far too soon.

Joe calzaghe ( supermiddleweight ) to **** andre ward up, and to see all the posts from the ward tards after joe has completely destroyed him. would be beautiful.

Jimmy wilde ( flyweight ) i know people don't usually watch the the really small guys, but with wilde about, you most definitely would.
