    At the risk of being ridiculed, I'm going to give a serious response.

    You've got naturally quick feet which can't be taught. That said, you guys really need to start wearing head gear because you aren't going to learn anything slapping each other like that. Really try to focus on keeping your eyes on the target and delivering every single punch correctly...then move on from there. I'm obviously assuming that a coach is teaching you these things. If not, get one ASAP.

    You need to train on basic punches.. You throw your shots just by swinging out your arms.. You could add more power if you'll use your shoulders, hips, and pivoting your foot..

    Your guard looks wide.. And when you punch, you're open to counters.. You should tuck your chin during exchanges..

    You have fast feet, but I can't see the basic footwork in there..

    I can go on and on.. :think
