No. Adamek only needs to finish on his feet. His promoter will take care of the judges.

    Round 12

Cunningham is sliding his feet back and jabbing as Adamek comes in. Steadying left to the flank by Adamek, propping in and slashing at the body with his right. Cunningham backs off and pops the jab. STIFF upward right hand to the jaw by Cunningham. Right hand by Adamek coming forward, making it into a brawl. Cunningham stands and trades!! Right hand by Cunningham!! They're exchanging rear hand power, almost toe to toe! Cunningham gets back to medium-long range and jabs. Cunningham changes levels, jabbing to body and head. Adamek dives in with a right to the body, grinding into a clinch. Break. Hook-2 by Adamek, caught on the gloves but forcing Cunningham back. Cunningham turns his head and Adamek hooks him behind the ear with an almost rabbit punch. A couple of right hands by Adamek pushing Cunningham to the ropes. Body shots by Adamek and Cunningham sticks a jab in his face. Slapping left hook by Cunningham as Adamek misses an overhand right. Lunging right hand by Adamek, getting pushed downward as he's left off balance. Cunningham keeps ducking Adamek's wild lunges and either tying up or popping short right hands. Adamek lunges and misses a 1-2. Cunningham misses an overhand right but lands a left.

    10-9 Cunningham

    119-109 Cunningham
