It's the reason Freddie no longer has answers in the corner, and the reason he sucks as a commentator. All there is to it. He should take on less work so he's at least there for his ailing fighters in training camp. Interesting about Roach admitting insincere scoring just to build up enthusiasm...

Wow, it flew right over your head....

Adamek winning = More ticket sales, more people tuning in on TV = More money for promoters

Cunningham/Chambers winning = How many fans do these guys have? Does anyone know who these guys are in PA?

    Polish fans = Support/Money

American fans = Nothing.... When is the last time Cunningham or Chambers fought in a packed house vs a nobody? :think

It has nothing to do with cheering... It is all about $$

You gave Adamek eight rounds? EIGHT?

Please specify on how you scored and which category Adamek bested Cunningham at: (in order of relevance)

    1. Clean punching
    2. Effective aggressiveness
    3. Ring generalship
    4. Defense

Now tell me, on what account could you have possibly Adamek that wide ahead? And bear in mind, ineffective aggresion merits no points.

Not really. Cunnigham had moments in just about every round, and won his rounds more clearly than Ademeck won his, with the exception of one...maybe two rounds at most. 119-109 isn't egregious, in this case. You could make a better case for Cunningham whitewashing Ademek than you could for an Ademek victory.

I had the same score as you, btw.

folks this is what happens when you spend 80% of the fight on your bicycle. Neither the fans nor the judges like this and gave the fight to the aggressor.

Your ignorance is that grave, it boggles my mind. What "bicycle"? Cunningham didn't run, he fought on the ****ing outside because he realized Adamek is too slow on foot to follow him. Some call it having a perfect gameplan.

    This.

    I had it 117-111 btw.

I can't see anything less than 115-113 Cunningham.

Even though it's wrong, it's what's happening with judges nowadays. If you fight mostly on the backfoot that's automatically giving points to the other guy. That and the fact that Adamek landed more power punches probably gave him more rounds than he should've gotten. I say Cunningham edged it, and a draw would've been fine for a third and neutral fight.
