    Those punch stats are way off. I will give an accurate punch analysis when I review the fight. I don't recall a round where Adamek landed more than ten punches. He punched a lot of guard all night.

    I was at the fight....the crowd loved the way the decision went, but everyone seemed to agree Cunningham deserved the win.

    I had Cunningham winning 8-4, very good fight and the crowd's energy was great.

    Why is it that Adamek can sell 1000's of tickets struggling against bums

    Yet Chambers and Cunningham can't sell tickets against decent opposition in their hometown? Their hometown don't give a **** about them, that's why

    Thought 7-5 for Steve is also a good card. 6-6 is somewhat acceptable and not a crime.

    For Adamek though? Hell no...

    Positive takeaway from the show: Glazkov is really coming into his own, getting seasoned against progressively better opposition, being challenged but not rushed.

    I think in 2013 he'd edge Cunningham and clearly beat Adamek (or, you know, get robbed :roll:)

    Negative takeaway (besides the obvious): We didn't get to see the nice lightweight styles match-up! :cus

    NBC could've filled the hole after Hamer's corner retirement with Niam Nelson vs. Osnel Charles as a swing bout - even on tape delay, since Boxrec didn't yet have the result up - but no, commercials and gab were more important.

    Anyway, it's a shame that this was the headliner of one of the few "free" tv boxing cards.


    Highly doubt many new fans were recruited.
