    Neither, actually. :think

    Hector Soto Promotions.

Apparently, they've done most or all of the Solo Boxeo cards in Puerto Rico this year.

    Round 4

Cotto rushes in hitting the body and takes Perez's skull into his jaw, bad unintentional butt. Cotto is putting out straight jabs and dropping rights as Perez charges in with his chin tucked and tries to dig left uppercuts to the body or slash at it with right hooks before grabbing and holding onto Cotto. Perez is either smothering Cotto up close or staying out of range. Perez is being a pain in the ass, slapping lightly with his right jab from outside and then dancing away. Cotto doubles a jab feint and steps forward.

10-9 Cotto but a little more and that could've swung Perez's way. Neither did much clean work, but Cotto barely did anything.

    40-35 Cotto

Man, we gotta reach out to Hector. This is a per-Christmas fight card. I understand these guys want to fight and get paid, but Seda got a W and no work in. 25 losses well 26 now...I want to see the 31 people he's beaten.

Not feeling his footing and overall demeanor in his stance...maybe I just expected more out of a Cotto. Perez is proving to be somewhat of a test.

    Round 5

Cotto is blocking Perez's jabs. Perez switches orthodox and peels out a few left jabs. Cotto blocks those. Perez returns to his native stance. Cotto is leading with right hands and scoring. Big straight combo by Cotto, leaving Perez leaned over the second topmost rope and pulling Cotto into a purposeful clinch to buy time. Cotto knows he's got Perez in trouble. Hard quick right to the solar plexus by Cotto. Perez staggers away from it. Perez is like a cornered animal, fighting back on adrenaline and able to force Cotto across the ring with high stabs until they tie up. Cotto digs a hard right to the body. Left to the face, and another underhanded right downstairs. Perez is hating the body shots.

    10-9 Cotto

    50-44 Cotto

    Round 6

Cotto is sticking the jab to the body and whipping his right around to the back of Perez's head. Perez tries to lure Cotto by planting his feet in a backward leaning crouch and pawing light right jabs down low, then explodes with a power punch combo jumping up to try and crowd Cotto to the ropes. Cotto circles out and jabs, slipping the wide right hooks of Perez by dancing back. Long jabs by Cotto, short. Perez plays patty-cake with him, jab for jab. Awkward clinch, Cotto's arm twisted behind his back and Perez dry-humping him in the spin. Body shots by Cotto. Another clinch. Perez loops in a few shots to the belt line and bounces them off Cotto's elbows.

    10-9 Cotto

    60-53 Cotto

Sergio Perez is a hard, ornery old *******. He is taking copious amounts of leather, though Abner isn't particularly sharp tonight.

Lengthy interview with Abner "Pin" Cotto, the first man to ever stop Sergio Perez.

    What's he saying?

Miguel Vazquez for April is what their working on. He also said he was surprised that Perez didnt take his power well, given his experience against world class fighters.

That's a big step up from Salvador Sanchez. At least 1-2 more fights might better prepare him, but it's a big step up in competition.

You missed an extremely poor performance from a 31-25 fighter...or on the flip side, a completely dominating performance by Seda Jr against the 31-25 fighter.
