Let us not forget that Zab and Floyd knew each other well from sparring.

Your point makes no sense because you're not getting MY point. Head movement doesn't immediately mean ATG untouchable defense, there are various forms of head movement. The bob and weave style is usually used to close distance to deceive the opponent into noticing you're as close as you plan to be. After that you pretty much land the punch you're aiming for. It takes either an open understanding brain or actual boxing experience to understand what I'm typing.

Ive said this for the last year n a half or so, Mayweather stops Pac late..... I believed it before the JMM fight, and I believe it now. I think Pac would have a great first 4 rounds but that Mayweather would slowly find the dinstance he needs, adapt to the speed of the fight, and start to land crisp counters that start shaking Pacs head about in the 9th, 10th, and Roach either stops the fight or Pac gets layed out in the 11th or 12th.

I would love for Pac to have been able to prove me wrong, its a fight boxing fans were robbed of.

Its just imo, could def see a prime, motivated Pac with the right gameplan getting a W.... but if I had to pick, my pick would be Mayweather TKO.

Zab and Manny have totally different styles. Zab was jabbing and them guys were have a chess match for the first couple of rounds before Floyd shut **** down. Manny plays checkers. Hopefully Manny can come back and these divas can make this fight so we can actually see. I see Floyd dominating him. 9-3 UD

I think you are under-estimating Pacs in ring IQ in comparison to Zabs.

Zab is a much, much more basic fighter then Pac is, and is by no means any more intelligent, or have a more complex style then Pac does.

    just imo.

Well since I actually have experience boxing ( I dont claim to be amazing but I have been boxing since around 10 yrs old and now am in my 30's) I know what to head movement and bobbing and weaving is for.

Without spending all night going back and forth with you (I think you're an idiot but I could be wrong)

As I said before Manny doesn't have the necessary skills to beat Floyd, even if Manny did Bob And weave Floyd would control the distance and keep Manny on the end of his jab.

Since Manny doesn't cope well with boxers with good footwork nor does he cope well with boxers who throw a good lead right hand or even a good jab, I don't believe Manny would fair well.

Now you can throw your toys out the pram as much as you like it wont change that fact, attempting to insult me or any other poster - as you have been doing with more frequency in this thread still won't change it.

I'm not bothered by you, you just seem insecure. You can't explain your position well and appear to get frustrated with your own limitations and get upset.

Boxing = the art of hitting and not getting hit. Currently no one does this better than the Man in your avatar.

Manny has not mastered the art of not getting hit, it would be a mismatch.

For those mentioning Zab I wonder how long you have been following boxing? First of all Floyd and Zab knew each other before they were professionals and also sparred numerous times, so ofcourse that match up was always going to be tough.

But bank on this if they had no knowledge of each other Mayweather would have beat him worse, Zab only did well (winning a measly 3/4 rounds) because he had experienced first hand what Mayweather could and would do!

He's too wreckless and impatient to beat Floyd...coupled with natural physical disadvantages....he will lose(Pac).

I do not predict a massive KO like JMM but a tko/ud is certain.

The thing is because PAC is so aggressive that would most likely be his undoing....as I have said before his defense is actually a great offense. So when he misses and is made to pay with counter rights he will likely become more aggressive once he does that he has lost the fight and could run into something.

PAC isn't known for ad******g during the fight, having a great ring I.Q he is a relentless fast powerful puncher he needs his opponent to stand in front of him a and engage we saw how Marquez was able to confuse the hell out of him by just taking a half a step backwards in the 3rd fight.

Wish he agreed to the testing and we could have seen the fight instead of talk about it.

I won't lie, looking at your avatar and location I almost immediately thought of you as either a British P.aki or an inbred idiot. Hopefully I'm wrong too.

Glad to know you had some boxing experience as a 10 year old. No surprise you don't understand anything I'm trying to explain.

You need to look at it both ways. If Manny doesn't cope well against boxers with footwork, Mayweather doesn't cope well with active consistent fighters. You can't just look at one fighter and base everything on that all alone. Fact is, neither of these fighters fought similar opposition that could depict themselves.

I insult those that I personally consider clueless simpletons. If I didn't understand an certain aspect of the sport, I would be more than open to admit and ask. Claiming I was a boxer at 9 years of age doesn't force me to be knowledgeable nor should it anyone mentally competent.

What limitation?, the fact that I explained a certain style in the sport that you can't comprehend makes me limited and frustrated? Please don't tell me you were a psychologist at 9 years of age too.

Indeed it is. However, professional boxing comes in various styles and there have been aggressive great fighters and defensive ones. There is no one dominant style in professional boxing.

By the way, Andre Ward does it as good as the man in my avatar and has enough time to prove better as time goes.

So you're saying that a defensive fighter would always outclass a great aggressive fighter? Ali vs Frazier I, LaMotta vs Robinson, Marciano vs Moore, Tyson vs Biggs, Forrest vs Mayorga and the examples are endless. Defensive fighters/boxer punchers CAN be broken down.

Sorry man, but not everyone sparred and exchanges blows at 9 years of age as you do. By the way, Marquez sparred with Mayweather too.

Sure thing, because sparring is equivalent to an actual professional fight where two fighters dedicate over 4 months of extensive training and isolation in preparation for each others fighting styles. :rofl Only newbies take sparring sessions, which are designed for PRACTICE, seriously. You ought to know this being a sparring elite at 9+.

You can go as in depth as you like but the bottom line is that Floyd is the better fighter period. I mean all **** talk and childish **** aside, anybody who knows boxing knows Floyd beats Manny up. It's no disrespect to Manny, he's just not as skilled as Floyd, and lacks any real stylistic or physical advantages. The only real question is how he wins.

He can be careful and patient when he wants to. See Pac-Jmm 3. See how most people interpreted it to be.
