Because how many other fighters in boxing can throw a four punch combination AT WILL and alternate from the body to the head head on the fly??? and not just quick, shoe shine combinations; full, fight ending power shots.

no nuthugger here pal, Im not even a big fan of the guy. I seldom post about canelo and when I do Its generally neutral or leaning towards negative. Not a fan of his recent competition nor how he's being protected but I respect his skills and natural ability. You clearly hate the guy which is why you dont wanna say anything that can be considered positive about him. I dont like amir khan but im not gonna deny he has some of the fastest hands in recent years. so please, clown, go away and try to being something worthy of consideration to the table next time. instead of spam****ing threads with emoticons

That's the only video I've seen of Gary Russel but it's the most impressive speed I've seen.

Couldn't hand speed be measured by timing the rate of the glove movement?

    No poll?
Russell Jr. gets my vote. He throws more variety and better placed punches as well.
He may not be heavy handed, but he adds great technique with those punches. Not just arm punches like others mentioned here.
