If Floyd tries to fight Martinez under 160 it is a coward move

Martinez is 37 years old and a middleweight,if Floyd wants to fight him he has to fight him at 160 or it is an act of a coward.Martinez would be drained and not effective at all.Either fight Martinez at 160 or Man up and fight Manny at 147

Why should Floyd be the one to move up to Martinez's weight class? The only fair weight they can meet at is at 154lbs. Floyd isn't a natural Junior Middleweight fighter, he's a Welterweight fighter.

Not at all.. Martinez started off as a welterweight and made a career at 154 while FLoyd is a natural 135-140 at best.. Hes capable of beating bigger men at higher weights solely because he's God gifted but in a perfect world, he's not a fighter above 140...

If anything, MArtinez is the one wants to face the smaller opponent for a huge payday so he should be the one to move down and meet him at 154...

Floyd beats Martinez anyday of the week.

I've always been on the thought that Mayweather's style beats Martinez.
Should this fight ever take place (Which it won't) but playing devil's advocate for a second I'd back Mayweather @either 154 or 160.

Moving up to 160 would elevate Maywether to crazy heights win/lose.
    (As crazy as it sounds)

IT's an easy fight to predict. Martinez fights with his hands down and dude like him is tailor made for a precision puncher like Floyd.. It doesn't matter how much of a size advantage Martinez has cuz it wont be a huge factor when up against Floyd.

With the style that he has, he'd get caught via alot of stupid punches by Floyd, a straight up tattoo job..

I never understood why praised Martinez so much.. Yea, he caught Williams with a perfect punch but I dont recall him ever doing anything amazing besides that.. His style is ugly and full of holes..

He doesn't have what it takes to beat Floyd..

This is the **** I am talking about. If I was to mention Floyd's victory over Hatton or Morales getting spanked by Raheem. Here is what would be said and the overall concensus on this forum..."Morales should never have been fighting at that weight" - "Hatton is not a welterweight" - "Why did Floyd bring Hatton up to 147lbs". So when Floyd fights two fights at 154lbs and looks like **** (versus Oscar and Cotto) no-one even considers that Floyd should not be fighting at 154lbs and his reason for looking "lackluster" has nothing to do with the added weight...just that he's overrated.

Now they want him to fight at 160lbs versus a legitimate Middleweight?
