Does anyone know what happened to him, I know he fought at 154 once since the Pacquiao fight but damn that boy has disappeared off the face of the earth.....is he even still signed to Top Rank?
**** JOSHUA CLOTTEY. hes been black-balled from boxing after the pac fight. hes bad for boxing and hes not wanted. good riddance.
Get ranked into top 5 at weight, win a championship, and you are "bad" for Boxing? :huh:blood Joshua Clottey was forced to take part in a fixed fight. Joshua Clottey has been in hiding ever since because it has eaten him up inside. Also, Arum knows JC won't keep his mouth shut if constantly confronted by Boxing press on Pac's inferiority as a Boxer. Clottey could barely contain how he knew he could beat Pac in his interviews in Ghana. Clottey is a championship level fighter. Robbed for Cotto. Paid off for Pac. Arum knows to keep that man off of the scene because too many questions would be asked. Good riddance... to Pac, Roach, and Arum. Hopefully they will be out of commission for a while and Boxing can shine again instead of being the soap opera they have made it into.
Even his conscience can't forgive him for the worst acting job in boxing. He acted like he was there to fight Pacquiao.
I think fighters from Ghana don't take losses well .... Quartey was the same way. Lost a controversial decision against Gay la Hoya and didn't fight for years. It's a shame too because Clottey is an elite fighter in my opinion. Got robbed against Magarito, beat the tar outta Cotto and got blatantly robbed because Cotto had a big money fight on the line against Pacquiao.... and honestly, I felt he landed more clean shots on Pacquiao than Pacquiao landed on him, although he was too conservqtive offensively to really ***** about lossing that fight. I think he should come back at junior middle and make some noise. Although I don't think he could ever win a fair decision against Canelo if they fought
Clottey is just spending the money from the Pacquiao "fight". Clottey is a fraud. Who cares where he is? Do you want to give him more money?
