Where Pacquiao fought his arch rival, Floyd Mayweather seemingly does not?

JMM was a proven nightmare to Manny Pacquiao, and Manny wanted to fight him.
And as a huge Floyd Mayweather fan, I am almost disgusted that he won't fight one of the top lads at 154lbs like Canelo,Martinez or Trout, but wants to fight the likes of Guerrero and Khan (again, seemingly).

Robert Guerrero has earned his big payday, but as Floyd fans, you have to be disappointed in the fact that there are so many viable, GREAT matchups out there, and Floyd opts to fight someone who does not peak our interest....

I can't defend Floyd in this one, much like I couldn't defend him wanting to take all the ppv share against Manny Pacquiao. Sergio Martinez has even said he'd fight Floyd for a 20-80 split. :-(
And Canelo seems like he wants the fight, under any which circumstances.

Thats the point of this thread, where there are viable opponents out there, who pose a legitimate challenge to Floyd, he fights the easier fights.

Martinez has always maintained he can make 154lbs and give up 80% to Floyd.

Canelo brings a huge following and it would be a mega blockbuster type fight in Cinco De Mayweather. :smoke

If he fights Guerrero, there can be no excuses made for him, there'll have been fights out there for him that appealed the greater public.

Why are people trying to force Floyd to conquer 154? He never said he planned to take over this weight class, the same way Pac never wanted to rule 154 after he beat Margarito. Floyd performs his best at 147 these days and I think he realizes this therefore he's going back down in weight. Floyd might be the only guy at 147 Guerrero cannot beat. If RG loses to Floyd but goes on to beat the likes of Alexander, Maidana, Ortiz or even Matthysse which I think he can, that makes RG pretty damn good and raises Floyd's stock.

Complain as much as you want. Won't make a difference. It's not a spectacular match but not terrible either. You may not pay for it but I guarantee you'll watch.

Where is that damn outdoor stadium? That was the worst excuse Floyd ever came up with. Tell me that's not ducking. Floyd eats his cheese with kwackers. Then he came up with some mystery cut that would take six months to heal. What's his flesh made of, vagina? Seriously, never heard such lame excuses from a guy supposedly on top. Floyd should just hang em up with excuses like that.

A rival can only be someone in your weight class and with the ability to fight you on even terms. The person that came closest to beating Floyd was JLC, and Floyd gave him an immediate rematch.

Who else has established himself as a rival to Floyd? The "fighters that Floyd ducked" threat was more legit than this one, and even that thread sucked ass.

Sergio went to jmm/pac 4. Floyd did not.

Floyd never cared about making a pac fight, yet you *****s are still in denial.
