Where Pacquiao fought his arch rival, Floyd Mayweather seemingly does not?

OMG! OMG! WTF! WTF! Floyd didn't go to Pac fight since 2006.

 

Mayweather is not a 154 fighter. WW is his weight class. When will u all get that through ur head!
