Andre Ward has been mouthing off on Twitter again, today of all days. I used to like Ward, not as a fighter (because watching him is as boring as watching grass grow) but I liked him as a bloke. Came across as maybe a little bit dull, but a calm, friendly and humble man. Recently though he's really began to irritate me. On Twitter, he's CONSTANTLY talking Froch and why he shouldn't have to fight him again. It's always childish digs (about Froch saying he felt homesick) and accusations (saying Froch doesn't really want a rematch). To me, it's coming across as a desperate plea for attention. What do you think? Have you seen the stuff he's coming out with?
Lol @ someone who is supposed to be so Religious bad-mouthing a fellow fighter on the day that Jesus was born. Utter fool.
Why should he give Froch a rematch when the 1st fight wasn't that competitive or close? It's Dirrell that desrves the rematch!
Agreed. I was there that night. If Andre had a bit more spite and came in looking to win, and not lose, he would have beaten Carl that night. Andre is such a waste of talent. He could have done big things!
Dirrell deserves a rematch? How? He's done absolutely nothing since then, whilst Froch has elevated his career massively. Plus, who in God's name would want to watch it?
TBH why on this day of days he's spending his time replying to tweets is beyond me. I be honest i was a big fan, liked him as a fighter and a man but slowly that respect is dwindling as i see more of him talk. I think the Froch rematch is a viable fight for him, i understand why he'd entertain it and TBH i think it irks him a little that he didn't stop Froch. Great display nonetheless..
Ward took Froch to school. To be honest, it's an insult to ward to ask him to come to England to fight a guy he outclassed with ease
ESB>>>>>Twitter. I have a twitter set up and use it for my football stuff but i really can't stand it. Esb all day :happy.
Forget his inactivity, the fact is Dirrell beat Froch in Nottingham and did not get the decision = deserves rematch. Clearly, the judges thought that hitting fresh air scored points atsch Froch knows fine well that Dirrell would let his hands go a lot more in a rematch and win handsomely provided he doesn't gas which I feel he was slightly guilty of doing in the Abraham fight.
Froch is FAR better now than he was when he fought Dirrell in 2009. Andre has been barely active. Froch KO's him rematch.
