Rewarding ineffective aggression over clean punching, ring generalship and defense?

when you start looking and giving credit for minor things, then you maybe looking for an excuse to give the round to the fighter you like.

 

Trust me when i tell you IB is terrible and very biased when scoring rounds.

It has been proven time and time again.

 

Im not asking what your scorecards are. Im asking why with the countless BS robberies that take place in Germany you dont create these same kind of threads as they happen?

 

There's a reason pro judges require training, you know.

It isn't supposed to be easy enough that any idiot can slide off their bar stool, squint at the TV screen, and belch out "DERP, da guy coming forward throwing da bombs, I think he won da round!"

I like how you sometimes try and feign interest in the sport in general, and not just in a few select fighters with a certain "something" in common. Very cute.

 

I was 100% nuetral for Vic's last fight.....you were not:deal

you are not boxing fan thats for sure...
adamek is not great heavyweight so there are lots of mediocre good or plain fighters but i dont see you shiting 24/7 on anyone else....

Enough already FFS! The challenger should have to take the belt, not run all fight. That's not a champion. Adamek won the fight, SD. GTFO it!

 

IB gives credit to fighters who make stupid faces after getting tagged.

I find IB's RBR's awesome, and 99% spot on. Do I agree with the Adamek scoring? No. Remember though, judging is ALWAYS going to be subjective. ALWAYS. Hockey scores are ALWAYS objective. Like the difference between quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.

I was actually happy with all the attention the fight got. I bet there has been quite a few people that have Youtubed the fight that don't normally watch boxing. You know what's on the right side of those clips people watch on Youtube? Other related clips. Of boxing matches. More fans the better imo.

But my opinion of IB and the RBR's? I've gone back on the dedicated thread and 'rewatched' many fights. This fight just seems to have a differing of opinion. But what does bug me, and has happened a lot after this fight, is the personal insults. If people could argue about the fight itself, the discussion would be so much better. But too often, instead of actually talking about the fight, posters just say "you're an idiot", 'dumbass', or put up silly pictures. Kind of trivializes our sport.
