Yea, he can rise again, but not nearly as high, and Marquez will always have his number. He has little chance against Mayweather, too (same as it's always been). But he could still be victorious over some other fighters.

ummm....did u watch the 4th fight? he fell twice... bdoom tshh!!!

he can come back but jumping in the ring with Marquez as his 1st bout would be a bad idea imo.

needs a tune up....versus rios or victor ortiz.

He hasn't carried a rosary to the ring since he became a born again Christian. Pac's mom blamed this conversion for the loss.

He looked good to me against Marquez offensively, maybe he has become chinny? We shall see soon enough.

along with that, he has a TV show, he makes movies and he's gone overboard with his bible class/preaching/religion thing.

Listen up everyone one, one of the things I noticed is that his reflexes are starting to go, like with RJJ. He's dosen't trust his own reflexes anymore, the first right he was hit with cleanly he would ducked, or side stepped to slip it and position for his counter. Now he tries to block punches with his gloves more ala RJJ. That right hand that ended the fight was straight down the pike with Manny running right for it, it was too short and to close for Manny to avoid. Second thing is he was knocked cold, it would take nothing to recover from this physically. The problem would be to recover from this mentally, that knockout has put a lot of dout in the back of his mind and if he can't overcome that dout he willnever be the same ala RJJ. RJJ continues to try and block punch with his gloves and his opponent know to punch threw them to get the KO, I Manny starts to protect his chin in that manner he will be KO'd again.

Yes, but not to the very top again. Getting sparked by someone who isn't a huge puncher will put a permanent dent in his confidence, and a swarmer like Pacquiao needs a lot of confidence to impose his will on the fight.

He was blown up and his confidence was unjustified by what he brought
He wasn't the monster puncher everyone thought
-still think he has been on steroids of some sort
    He's better off in politics

Few return the same from clean KOs, and at his age and yhe length of his career, I say no, he could however finish his career by fighting less than marquee fighters but that would tarnish his legacy, the President of the Phillipines sounds a lot better.

He's been KO'ed twice before and rose again. Like he said, "If you can't admit a defeat, why play the game?" The mental and physical effect won't be much. It's his time for boxing that may not be enough. I agree with some that he needs to have more focus on training. He's too caught up with many other things.
