this is the start of GBP in the uk aint it , more promoters with backing in the uk really could be a good thing as it should keep the big two on their toes ... dont know were they sit on the tv deal ...
Will be interesting to see if GDP go with Sky or BT Vision with respect to the TV deal. If they go with BoxNation it would be a massive waste.
I can't see GBP going with a niche TV market, but if Sky are not prepared to give them any dates than maybe theyll have to. I read GBP have shows on American terrestrial TV? If that's true they might do the same here.
Lets no get ahead of ourself with BT Vision,no gurnetee that they will put Boxing on ,would rather it be on BN than on BT vision ,one less subscirption and there is no gurentee the BT vision sports channel will be on SKY
If GBP goes on premier or bt vision. I am just going cancel the lot. It will be a massive **** take for boxing fans. I hope Ogogo does well, seems a decent bloke.
Too be honest, i bigged him up at the Olympics. But he seems to lack physical strength, and is a straight forward fighter. He looks the part, but intrinsically does not have the hardware to make a massive impact in my opinion..? Unless Golden-boy will cleverly hand pick his opponents and paint a different kind of picture. I stated afew months ago, that i would probably hold my own with Anthony Ogogo! with 6 months training behind me.
he'll get knocked out within his first 10 fights, his chin is truly awful it makes khans chin look decent.
Had a chat with Anthony last week for my podcast, mostly about professional wrestling I have to admit! But he spoke a little bit about his future career ambitions... http://martinhines.wordpress.com/20...ople-talking-about-wrestling-1-anthony-ogogo/
