prime norris was the second best 154lb fighter of all time, his chin is always questioned but his blazing speed and power was phenomenal. I think prime norris wins this by knockout in the middle rounds, he would overwhelm canelo. canelos ppwer is nothing special he couldn't even stop an old aged mosely or a british domestic level fighter in matthew hatton.

terry norris is nowhere near the 2nd best jmw of all time.

that being said, this fight wouldve never happened as la perra corriendo wont even fight trout.

norris claim to fame is putting three guys in the hospital during a san diego softball game
after these idiots unwisely used racial epithets

canelos claim to fame is sucker-punching 5'3", 108-pound archie solis once he found out that archie was banging his girlfriend.

no, canelo would never fight terry norris just like he would never fight a legit, full-blown 154 unless suliaman demanded that he was going to strip him.

terry norris offensive skills are some of the best i have ever seen however his defense was decent at best and his chin wasnt great also...i think if he didnt catch canelo early i can see canelo winning on points in a close fight.

I love Terrible Terry, but 2nd best? Idk about bro. Terry was very balsy and a fan favorite, but he lost alot of fights in his prime he never should have lost and his claim to fame is beating past their prime welterweights. Canelo hasn't proved much yet, but all these rants about him not koing Mosley is nonsense when actually not even Floyd or Manny could do it either. He hurt Mosley pretty bad at times. For now I'll give it to a proven legend like Norris, but once Canelo faces Floyd we'll get a better idea. Norris was just such a hot and cold fighter.

Terry Norris had no chin though and was bested by Simon Brown a fighter not too much unlike Canelo

I'd pick Norris, but we're basing this off his whole career, whilst Alvarez is still a pup. :conf

norris kod a near-prime mugabi who wouldve kicked the holy **** out of canelo. also was the first to ko daniels who went on to have a succesfull mw career. also kod a near prime blocker and took care of still game version of leonard and curry. in fact, ray was coming off competitive mw fights with hearns and duran as opposed to mosely coming off of complete blowouts losses of ww fights against paq and mayweather.

:huh:lol: If Norris hear the final bell he wins clear wide UD that much is certain, i just cant see Canelo beating him unless he KOs him, but Canelo doesnt have enough to deal with speed and skill of Norris!
