you dont need to be a member of the british empire.... you can get an honorary title which is the same title :roll::roll::roll: "Sir" Bob Geldof Pierce Brosnan OBE neither of which were members of the british empire.... I set forward the motion that Savon should be awarded an honourary MBE for services rendered to British Boxing when he schooled Anthony Joshua at no cost to the british tax payer... (aside from the whole cost of staging the Olympics ect...)
