It's funny how they use Mathebula as an example when Mathebula fought a close split decision loss to Caballero, when it is the same Caballero who was the biggest name on Cordoba's resume which is one of Rigo's biggest win (and not an easy fight at all).

If all this is true, why doesn't Donaire destroy Rigondeaux real quick and pick up an easy belt?

If he makes excuses then yeah,How do you call/award Someone Kingpin without fully cleaning the division out? While there's a 2x Olympian & undefeated Champ in your division??..........You can't.Looks like their feeding nonito down peoples throats whether you like it or not & I'm not buying the media bs.

  11. Why should Nonito fight him? What has he done to deserve it? Is he also afraid Scott Quigg because he KO'd Munore too?

  12. If he beats Mares- that's the division cleaned out. You wouldn't expect Mayweather to hang about at Welterweight because he hasn't beat Kell Brook or Ward because he hasn't beat Rodriguez so why should Donaire wait about about waiting to fight someone that's proved nothing?

Rigondeaux is the second best opponent for Donaire other than Mares.

However, Rigondeaux is undeserving of wanting a fight in the same way that Robert Guerrero was beyond annoying and undeserving of a fight with Mayweather, which he yelled about for the past two years. Guerrero earned his shot with the Aydin and Berto wins, while looking impressive and garnering interest from fans so that he brings something to the table. Rigondeaux needs to do that. It's unfortunate Poonsawat pulled out of their fight, as that was the opportunity.

All I've got to say is that with the hype and talk about Rigondeaux on ESB, if Donaire should beat him this year, he better get mad respect and, from most of you, a plaque guaranteeing his entry to the HOF.

  14. Nonito as a knowledgeable boxing chap, you seem to know about the unfashionable weight classes and boxing in the far east- you'd agree with this correct-
