I root for the underdog regardless of race or creed.

I wanted haye to beat wlad bit wanted Harrison to beat haye.

I wanted Marquez to beat Pac but Pac to beat Floyd.

I just love a good upset.

I usually root for boxers of my country. However when I see a boxer is a hype job, then I want him to lose, to end the hype. No matter what is his nationality. There arent many good boxers of my country tbh, so I usually watch fights in which they are not involved. Then I root for the boxer who has more entertaining style to watch (I generally root for punchers, but when I see a boxer, who can negate a really good puncher, the I really enjoy it).

I also root for the underdogs. For instance I wanted JMM to beat Pacquiao convincingly, what he did.

    Same country.

Or if neither of them are from my country, I'll just support the boxer I prefer (style etc)

I score non-biasedly, but that doesn't mean I can't cheer for my brothers

    Same hand?

I'm a natural lefty (writing, manipulation of objects) but prefer to box orthodox...and batted switch and threw right in little league. :think Who should I root for?

McKKKenzie was more of a subtle racist. Unless he's taking the ****, I don't think any of ESB's latest neo-Nazis are him.

Generally it's a fellow countryman but there have been exceptions.

I've wanted to see Khan get a hiding before. Then I grew to like him a bit more.

Recently I found myself hoping to see Kessler take Magee to school. Kessler just seems like a really nce bloke!

p.s. the other two options don't even enter into it.

Just saying he wouldn't be in your face with racist crap like this

. MacKKKenzie usually rooted exclusively for white fighters. In the lounge he was racially more offensive however.

I like exciting fighters, ones who spoil or get on their bike I tend to hope they get knocked out. I don't care where they come from or what race they are, why would you?

I tend to give close rounds to the fighters i personally like

I support a lot of Hispanic fighters, so i guess that's a little bias by default

It's great to see a countryman represent his people, but I been in the ring so I appreciate and respect what a special fighter brings into the ring. For example Pacquiao is one of my favorite fighters and really even Mexican fight fans respect him, but when his fanboys and media start spewing b.s. then it starts a ripple effect. In Marquez's case it wasn't so much because he was Mexican, but because justice was finally served after he'd been shafted and screwed so many times. And boxing at times can be corrupt especially when the whole world or majority thought a fighter clearly won, but gets shafted thanks to powerful people getting things their way. It's great to see the little guy like Marquez be triumphant over the corrupt, incompetent officials, powerful bigwigs, and shut those fanboys up. I'm a big fan of Maravilla Martinez I appreciate his skills as well as Golovkin and you bet I'll route for them to beat Chavez Jr as I dislike him. Fighters that are overachievers, intelligent in the ring, and humble no matter where they come from I usually back those.
