Who has had the most COMPLETE boxing career of all time?

He never won a bronze at the olympics. He got beaten in the quarters in 1984 by Tyrell Biggs.

But yeah, the guy had a great career.
Amateur success, a win over everyone he ever fought, undisputed champ and got out on top.

 

Must admit i havent watched a lot of Finito but know he's very highly rated by some. I thought i'd throw the name out there anyway.

 

Surprised nobody has mentioned Oscar De La Hoya?

Oscar came in to the pro game with an OLY Gold medal won 10x championships in 6 weight divisions & has wins over 17 world champions. Plus let's not forget that Oscar is still a huge presence in the sport by being part of arguably the number 1 or 2 promotion in the entire sport.
He has also generated more money than any other boxer in the history of the sport, an estimated $696 million pay-per-view income. (as a FIGHTER)
^I can only imagine what he has made as a promoter...

 

If Carl Froch comes back and beats Kessler, beats Bute again and then somehow gets a victory against Ward that would be something special. Could go out on that feeling like he'd done it all!

 

Unfortunately Oscar had too many losses when facing elite compitition. Bit **** considering he definately defeated Tito and probably should have a victory over Mosley. I think if he had faced off with Mayweather earlier he would have picked up a W.

Ward beats him every time though.

Actually if Ward keeps going the way hes going and stays clear of further injury,he could have an incredible career.

Hes only 28 and hes already cleaned out a division

 

Lewis is the first to spring to mind.

Had it not been for the two losses, he had pretty much a perfect career.

Had 3 defeats in his very early career, and goes undefeated for the rest of his career in 13 years, becoming the undisputed middleweight champion and arguably the greatest one of all time, making 14 title defenses along the way, and after defeatig the great Rodrigo Valdez, he retires as a champ at the very top.
