What are you talking about? The only one, that must change his attitude is Ward. He is young and should have a lion's heart, but he chose to sit on his ass in Oakland. If he is a true champion, he should respect Kessler and Froch so much that he gave them a rematch. He has received so much criticism for his headbutts against Kessler, so if he have just a little self-respect, he would give him a rematch, NO DOUBT!]

Did Ward dare face Bute? Big answer was no.
If Ward had of fought and beaten Bute, it would have been Wards biggest win, bigger than Kessler, as Bute was an undefeated champ on a winning title run.
Ward didnt seem to want to take it against an undefeated top fighter even when it was offered to him in Oakland

I see the usual suspects are starting 2013 in typical style - spamming this forum with post after post about how much they want to suck Joe Calzaghe's ****.

Happy New Year you sad *******s:happy

Ward said Bute needed to beat a top ranked fighter before he fought him.

Bute then went and fought a top ranked opponent...

we all know what happened next

Ward also said after Bute signed to fight Froch that he was just trying to build the fight.
Bute would have been Wards biggest win and Ward didnt want to fight him.
If Ward was being serious as you say with saying Bute needed to beat a top ranked fighter before he fought him, who was Ward going to fight at SMW that was ranked above Bute and with a better resume.....? There wasnt anybody, which once again highlights my previous points to you about how this era at SMW is not as strong.

Still answer the question, after the S6, who was there at SMW for Ward to fight other than Bute, an undefeated world champ at the weight?

In the fullness of time,we now know it WOULDNT have been his biggest win, because Bute went on to be beaten like a ***** who stiole money from her pimp by Froch.

There was no one left for Ward to fight after the super 6...thats why he should have just gone to LHW.

Ward told the world that Bute needed to fight a top ranked fighter to get to him.

Ward had beaten the best fighters in the world in the super 6, Bute had beaten Magee and Johnson.

Maybe if Bute had proven himself elite and beaten Froch then the fight would have heppened.

But not only did Bute not win, he got the living **** beat out of him, by someone Ward was fresh off schooling.

I hope and think Kessler will win this fight. He is such a great guy, and a wonderful fighter. Really hope he can get a rematch with Ward before retirement.
