Nothing, we expect Canelo to fight the LOSER of the fight instead of the winner now. GBP has us used to it.

Trout is too dangerous for Canelo. They are going to protect Canelo just like Floyd protects his own ***** ass.

Canelo will fight Cotto who is the least risky fight out of Angulo and especially Trout.

 

and what....look at the opposition he's been fighting, and he's still making a name for himself....

many thought floyd would **** him,and trout make him look silly...he's proved everyone wrong, and shown he's still a game rooster....his opposition has always been the best, so it would be stupid to always expect him to win.....IMO, cotto would give canelo more problems since he's actually an offensive beast...to where trout would make it boring, and just cruise to a decision....since canelo dont really open up that much

I never said Cotto wouldn't give Canelo a good fight cause he would, no opponent who has ever been in the ring with Cotto can not say they were not in a real fight, but the point still stands that by May 2013, Cotto is still on 2 fight losing streak and that his last win was on December 2011.

Thing is that I feel Alvarez can beat Trout, sure Trout is a good fighter but a lot of his beating Cotto was so predicated on him being such a bigger/stronger man than Cotto whereas if Trout fought Canelo he won't have those same advantages.
