As an ATG where is DLH ranked at LW/WW. And was he one of the best LW's ever?

At LW he was a sight to see, His power was staggering, he was never flat footed always on his toes, always bouncing, side to side movement might be the best ive ever seen, and a devasting left hand he utilized so well with that jab and beautiful left hook of his. So where is he ranked, and is he one of the ATG's at LW ( Or does anyone think he was better at WW since that seemed to be his bread and butter.? )

LW is the deepest division their is, fair to say he doesn't rate that hightly at all but not necessarily due to his abilities but more so to the fact that their were simply a lot of better guys that fought there.

It doesn't get much better than the man in my avi at LW. WW he lost some power but still put it on the naturally larger guys like Quartey and Trinidad. What a man!

He wasn't great at lw. I'd say he was better than Mosley though.

Really should have unified with the wbc guy (although he did fight him up at lww)

Far too many before him to call him an atg there however.

He had Tito beat...I have no idea why he starting skating in the 11th and 12th...but for the first 8 rounds or so he was giving Trinidad a boxing lesson.

His power was very good at lightweight but it wasn't the same as Hearns' at WW or Tyson at HW anything like that. Yeah, he knocked over Paez, Ruelas, etc but failed to even drop Molina or Hernandez.
