Has it had any national coverage?, Do the casual fans talk about it?. I understand that geale is not that well known to the public in Oz but seeing as he arguably beat mundine in the first fight the networks here must really hype this fight up. Darren barker beats geale btw :bbb

yeah, not much coverage. its a wonder really. i think mundine has played the bad guy so often, he wants some support for this one. its his big mouth and bad guy act that usually give his fights legs.

this time, he is fighting another indigenous fighter, one that aussies like, and hope will khtfo.

a week or two both fighters will get spots on sports shows, and closer to the fight it will be news..

the majority of the australian public will be hoping mundine gets carried out on a stretcher...

I think the week leading up to the fight will gain more publicity ..... It won't reach Green v Mundine level

Whenever the King of Australian boxing fights it is a big deal, Mundine is Australian boxing.

Agree a lot more talk leading up to the fight coming . Its a bad time of the year over christmas break to have fights or hype

I don't give a rats bum what the record says, the judges got it wrong on the night, as they so often do. :good

NO they didn't... Geale couldn't beat a Choc who under estimated him, How will he beat one that is fully prepared for him?? Enjoy the last 25 days of Geale being champ mate

    Wrong.
Geale beat a Mandy who was slightly past his prime and fully prepared.

Geale wasn't even at his peak yet, still isn't.
3 years later Geale will murder him.

    I feel sorry for you.

Pretty big. The hype isn't like Mundine-Green but Im pumped for it. Geale isn't a well known sportsman but hopefully when he wins that changes.

And who said we dont have the judges on this one? Surely if the judges had been in Mundines pocket this comment would not have come from his camp. :nut

:nut Throw 20 punches to land 1 will murder the accuracy of Mundine? Wins two WTs and isnt at his peak? :rofl oh and did i mention..
