He won't take the fight. Although, he should because you're welcome to check the box on you'll suck my dick if Floyd fights Canelo after his fight with Guerrero. The reality is that it won't happen no matter what Canelo does. But let's say Floyd really does have balls and isn't a consistant liar. Suppose Canelo loses to Trout, the Floyd fight is off. And no way in hell Floyd steps in the ring with Trout. Suppose Canelo wins. The Floyd fight is off. No way in HELL Floyd steps in with Canelo now, not after he beat Trout. Think about it like this... Floyd: "I'll fight the winner of Martinez vs Williams." Williams is KOed. Floyd: "....." And if someone loses, Floyd will say, "Why should I fight him, he lost to so and so because I was bein a side line ***** watchin **** go down while not doin **** like a *****." Thoughts?
I think that's a terrible post. By a mile it's his biggest test thus far. Some might say his only test.
Not just that, it's a lose-lose for Canelo because of what will happen to Trout himself if he loses. If Canelo beats Trout, everyone who currently shits on Kid Ginger and hypes up Trout as some slick black murder machine will suddenly say that Trout was never any good and that his best win is over a blown-up shot Cotto (the same Cotto that they also said would beat the tar out of Canelo, and also the same Cotto who was getting hyped up as hell for most of last year due to fighting Mayweather.) My stance is that Trout is a good opponent and that Canelo would beat him. I thought the same about Cotto even before he lost to Trout; I never thought Cotto had the size or the strength to deal with a true 154 pounder, let alone one with the explosiveness, power, handspeed, and combinations of Canelo, and I also said I suspected Cotto's stamina; he gassed out in the last 3 rounds against both Mayweather and Trout. I had him losing to Mayweather 8-4 and Trout 9-3, mainly because he gassed in the last rounds of both fights. Before that, though, he didn't have a lot of trouble hitting Trout, despite being shorter, having shorter arms, and slower handspeed. You can bet Canelo will have a lot less difficulty hitting and hurting Trout than the physically outmatched Cotto did. Nevertheless, since Canelo is getting a huge hatedom now, everyone who currently dislikes him and shits all over him will continue to do so regardless of whether he beats Trout down or not. Mayweather will likely fight Guerrero and then look to fight Manny in May 2014 as a farewell/retirement fight for both if Manny can get through Bradley in a rematch and then Marquez in a 5th fight. He won't fight Martinez, and he won't fight Canelo either. Both of those guys have too great a chance of winning. Manny is diminished and would be easy pickings for Floyd now, but the fight could still easily be sold if Manny comes back well next year.
My thoughts? You made a thread with "Trout" and "Canelo" in the title yet all this horse**** is just one big "Mayweather is a *****" thread. Get a life you suck at life. Die!!!!
This post might very well be worse then the OP. Boo hoo Canelo gets as much hate as a fighter as popular as him without ever being tested. His championship resume is a disgrace and yet he is a main event every time while having espn level fights. He gets hate because he deserves hate. And to say that doing the one thing he gets all the hate for would do nothing? Yeah you know Trout whoops his ass keep justifying it to yourself.
Okey, so acually fighting a undefeated world champion in his prime coming of his career best win is a lose - lose situation?
From a business perspective, yes. Nobody would even consider this, if Floyd wasn't such a ***** ass *****. But just the sense that Floyd MAY consider fighting Canelo means that you have to meet all kinds of demands and situations, so they have to weave out this perfect road for Canelo, just to fight Floyd's ***** ass. The problem is, if you win too much and too big, you don't get a fight with Floyd. Floyd don't like you if you're winning in dominant fashion. Floyd is a *****. He talks **** and don't fight nobody. That's the bottom line. So as a boxing fan, fans win if Canelo fights Trout, but at the end of the day if Floyd is actually considering fight Canelo....like he grew some balls.....Canelo's managment needs to keep Canelo the hell away from Trout.
