Look police kill aboriginal people a spit in the face is tame i am sure he will live. The joke in australia is that police have there own union. their here to serve the community not to help corrupt police men & woman get of charges that would send the average person to prison for a long long time. So i hope damien puts this behind him & focuses on boxing. cheers guys

Francis this isnt true. There is good coppers and bad coppers, if you run into a bad copper does that mean ur doing something wrong?? Police are nothing more than a private company. Police can push you in the chest yet you do the same thing to them and they will arrest you for assault? where is the justice in this?

Im not anti police but i know enough about common law that i wont be intimidate or pushed around by any copper. Standing up for your constituonal and common law rights does not make you a bad person, it empowers you to prevent corrupt police from walking all over you. The copper is claiming it was a seriouse assault, he got spat on for fcks sake, coppers know what they are getting into when they sign up for the job so i dont have much sympathy for them when they cry wolf.
