Zab Judah "My goal is to destroy Danny Garcia"

for once i'm going to be gunning for zab to come out on top. i just can't see it happening though with his always fail when it matter glass heart quitter mentality

Garcia might be limited, but he is a young, strong lion defending his title. even if zab loses he'll always get another chance like he always does.


hopefully matthysse will get his chance against garcia then, but i think garcia will choose to rematch khan again, the easier option and more money too

 

Not to compare Zab to Roberto Duran, because there is no comparison between Zab and the great Duran, but when Duran was going to fight Barkley I thought he could win this and probably will. It was a champion Duran had the best chance to beat. I think Duran had a better chance to beat Barkley than Zab does of beating Garcia, but Zab has a chance here to beat a guy who won his title on a lucky punch that Khan gave him. Khan was beating him easily. Zab does have the best chance to be champion at 140 just because of Garcia as an opponent.

LMAO I would love if Judah would somehow pull off a career best performance against Garcia but by now I've lost all hope with him. He has disappointed me far too many times already, still rooting for him just not expecting him to actually pull thru.

 

I think he'll do well through 4 or 5 rounds until he gasses out, then will get pummeled and stopped in the 9-12.

 

Sounds about right. Suppose it's better for the sport if the young guy wins but ive sort of developed a soft spot for Judah last couple of years. Strange really cos i couldnt stand the guy before.

 

I don't know why people are thinking Garcia is a STEP UP for Judah. Boxing wise Judah is more well versed. He just needs to be smart.

 

Judah clowned Angel after that press conference. He made him look like a punk, Judah is winning the event so far

The more I think about this fight the more i'm convinced Zab is gonna school this kid. Garcia can't outbox Judah, he's gonna have to land that left hook flush at some point which is harder against a southpaw, a slick southpaw at that.

Khan destroyed Judah with relentless pressure, Dannys style is totally different, he wants to sit back and counterpunch. Not sure how thats gonna work against Zab.
