    Ring top 10 not WBO, as for the belt, it was when the champ backed out a few times and Nathen was moved up from interim.
    Still its the fighter not the belt and Nathan has 2 wins over 2 of the current top 10 which is more than Dawson

    No simply pointing out the pattern of unworthy FLNK WHRRN WBO "Champs" who have there belts handed to them rather than do what they are supposed to do and actually win them in the ring.
