This content is protected Would have to disagree with you a little there fella,I thought Alexander frustrated Lucas and made it a close fight, the best outcome that Alexander could have hoped for. Just my opinion
I had it to Matthysse winning by around 4 points. Just felt his controlled proceedings and threw the proper and better quality punches. Compubox as Malignaggi once said it a button pusher sitting there so i don't read much into that stuff Turbo. Espicially with Alexanders punch technique..
Fair play,I agree with you LM threw the proper and better quality punches I just had it a bit closer than what some folk mek out
If that's true i'm not surprised Kell turned that fight down. Did Frank learn nothing from ruining Ryan Rhodes early career momentum?
Tbf Frank just did his usual magic & Kell was ranked #1 by the WBO, however with Pacquiao as champion there was no chance at a title shot. From what Ive read Frank wanted Kell at 154, Kell wanted to stay at 147 & thats one of the reasons they fell out. Its a shame the Mike Jones fight didnt happen though, Kell's competition really hasnt improved since he left Frank.
This is true. Bigger names they may have been but really all have been fights he's the comfortable favourite for.
Brook knows unless he totally owns Devon throughout the 12, he is going to get robbed in Detroit. Thats why for me he is gonna push it like never before to force the TKO. Mid rounds TKO Brook. Its about time Brook started getting some respect, hes going into this kids garden in a world title fight that he has rightfully earned. Cometh the hour.
Not really. Hatton is on a par with Jennings, Jackiewicz is similar to Bienias & Saldivia & Kotey were both rubbish. N'Dou was old & Galarza a clubfighter. Over 18 months with matchroom & the only real step up has been Carson Jones, who is a fringe contender/top10 guy at best. Matchroom have based him Sheffield & built a good fan base but they havent been matching Kell tough. He has a distinct lack of top class experience going into his first world title shot.
