I apologise, you simply got caught in the cross fire between me withoutwire and dealtwith, your additions to the thread were constructive and taught me somthing new, i agree thats why wer all here. I was on defence because of the trolls and the fact tht all these experts couldnt see the sense in my comments made me very suspicious about a few peoples claims of actually knowing what we're talking about here.

Here you will find a disscussion about marathons and cp system where it is common knowledge that everything you contributed to the post was incorrect :-D cp is first 10 sec and takes upto 2 and a half minutes rest to replenish stores AT RESTgood day :)

    :rofl:rofl
You are a moron and a half. First of all you're quoting a message from some random person on a forum and then a couple of posts down someone corrects him with the correct information. Good Day

Skip to the discussion in this study:
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2231041/

You are so incredibly stupid, do you think PCr isn't replenished during 2 hours of sub maximal exercise? Every burst of energy is going to require a large input from PCr. Just think about it, do you think your body has a mechanism that doesn't allow PCr to be replenished until you're completely rested? When exercise intensity drops below maximal then PCr is replenished, the rate of replenishment dependent on a few factors. Energy systems don't turn off. Common knowledge? You need some elementary knowledge first you stupid ****.

    * expects reply saying "errr you're wrong about everything, stop trying to argue on a message board even though I'm a ****ing spastic and I started arguing when I was completely wrong and I couldn't admit it. Here's another scientific forum post as proof you big mean idiot." *

Right your quite the scientist.. No one corrects anyone in that thread, they all seem to have the general idea. However you failed to spot the study you posted only shows evidence supporting what ive been saying all along lol.. This is like banging your head against a brick wall like i said pages back its common knowledge the energy systems work in unison i never said or intended to imply otherwise, i always said PRIMARY i never said ONLY. ill just go back to my origional post again now because we are getting confused as to what i said yet again. :-\

For me you would be better off worrying about the other energy systems if your feeling slugish on fight night as these systems are supplying easily 90%+ of the total energy used for each round and as you get further into the bout this % will rise, that was my point and it remains my point, clearly you dont care about reason anymore you just want to argue and try to pick minor faults in my text and take them out of context to seem like your scoring points while implying that my origional statements was wrong.

Now i see why everyone is calling you out to post evidence of you even training, it seems im not the only one thats tired of being

Oh yes i posted the forum to show what i was saying and you were disagreeing to is common knowledge on other forums, even though my statements have baffled you.

I must admit id like to see a video of the google boy training, id like to see a post of his own related to boxing where he states some real opinions of his own rather than just waiting to google **** other peoples posts, right they dont exsist because you dont know ****.

Video evidence of you training before you respond to one of my posts again please

Come on, we don't need ad-homs being thrown around. His training experience has nothing to do with the validity of his statements. You wouldn't say to a scientist studying cancer treatment "What you say means nothing until you've gotten cancer and overcome it".

I agree that you'd be better off focusing on the other energy systems, but that's not the debate is it? You think the PCr system becomes useless after 10 seconds. You can't comprehend that energy systems are replenished, you have no idea how they interact.
Why don't you post video of you training? Even if you're Floyd Mayweather it won't change the fact that you are a ****ing moron who doesn't know what he's talking about. Talking to you is like banging my head against the wall, you've demonstrated how clueless you are and yet you still keep coming back. Now you've resorted to that old line 'let's see you training', as if it has some sort of relevance to what I'm saying.

Yeah quote the part that says "The PCr system dies after 10 seconds and can't be replenished until your body knows that you're sitting down". Energy systems predominate during different time periods, they don't turn on or off like you foolishly claimed in one of your posts. I don't know why I'm wasting my time talking to you, you didn't need me to make yourself look like a stubborn idiot who can't comprehend basic principles of exercise physiology.
