Its sad the likes of Jones, Holyfield, Toney, Tyson are so broke after making so much money, it seems like the British fighters like Lewis, Calzaghe, Eubank, Benn, Hatton etc are so much wiser at looking after their money, where as the american counterparts wasted so much in juicing and living the flash celebrity lifestyle.
Well hes still boxing,and has a lucrative career behind him. Also he has a pretty solid number on HBO. I really dont see how he could be broke.
I don't think he's broke, I heard Roy say in an interview that he never lived the fast life because it wasn't him. I believe he's quite cautious of his money.
He simply is making more money with his name fighting cans from oversee's than he did in his prime, when he ducked the big money fights........... I can't knock him continuing on, just wishes he'd train his but off not half ass it, get back on the roids or something
I love reading these type posts on here. Same thing was posted about Holyfield and everyone else. There is enough info online to come to the conclusion that Jones has serious money issues.
