What gives you the impression that I do? In fact in one of my posts to you (which you ducked while making a flippant remark to save face) I actually said he's a former CW champ with an unremarkable HW resume.

BTW, Vitali is certainly a Hall of Famer and ATG. The dominance he had in his fights (even past his prime), and his comeback, made it happen.

 

Haye does not deserve a Vitali payday. He has done nothing for the division whatsoever, cherry picking snake oil salesman, After the way he performed against Valuev, Harrison and Wlad, he should have to beat two top ten opponents without doing any running for another title shot and he should get a 20% cut.

It should be an honor to fight for a heavyweight world title, not a way for a challenger to line their pockets with zero risk.

It is a shame how he had the HBO hype, the chances at redeeming himself after his loses and the MSG unification fight but ultimately blew it with that performance against Sultan and ended up getting booed and dropped by the network. That was his shot at the crossover. If he'd have put on a show there and kept appearing on HBO then he'd get a lot more credit than he does from that side of the Atlantic. Not that America's opinion is all that important, but it would have been nice for him.

 

Haye could at least fight someone like Fury or Price. But he has said hes not interested in that. Weaksauce.
