Liston's jab wasn't massively versatile either, compared to some of the names on the lists. I think if it works for you and helps you enforce your style then it's a good jab. Tyson absolutely qualifies in this regard.

Outside of the menion of Bowe (doesn't anyone remember Golota beating him to the jab?), I could be convinced of any of those mentioned.

Lewis and Ali have been outjabbed, has Wlad even faced anyone
With a good jab, let alone elite? I think Bowe had a phenomenal jab
he didnt use it like Wlad to systematically wear people down though.
Bowe showed up unprepared for Golota 1, and was shot for Golota 2.
Peak Bowe outjabs and stops Golota in 4. Shout out to Mercer by the way.
Douglass in Tokyo was genius too. I read a while back theres about
5 types of jabs a boxer can throw. Some fighters seem to slightyl
alter their jab but someone school me on these 5 types of jabs.

Holmes had hard jab, one drawback was he put so much into it sometimes he left self exposed, but he did always recover (Snipes, Weaver, Witherspoon)

No one is mentioning Tunney who had great jab, which he used in different fashion than Holmes, firing it out a lot, but not in weak manner.

Joe Louis had best IMO he would stagger guys with jab.

Remember that video we had up while back, of Dempsey and Louis together on some show? They demonstrate how they would fight each other. If someone could put it back up, look at part where louis is jabbing at Dempsey's target (glove) Louis barely makes an effort, yet jab lands with loud 'Thud!" sound.
