It's not really Pacquaio's fault. It's Bob Arum. He sacrificed his whole Top Rank roster that was in Pacquiao's weight range for his own greedy benefit.

I thought we were talking about Mayweather vs Pac? I never said Pac's camp didn't do the same to Marquez AFTER. Same criticism goes for him. The difference is that Pacquiao fought Marquez. 4 Times haha. But I agree that Pac's camp was a joke for accusing marquez as well. it's obvious those mother****ers never lifted weights in their life or they'd realize it normal to gain muscle when you lift weights.

I don't think Floyd is going to fight Canelo. Too risky.

Still think Manny has the edge. But Floyd has been catching up.

A lot of this will depend on whether Floyd loses or not. If he doesn't, many will rate him higher whether his resume/accomplishments are as strong as Pac's or not. If he does, well...then his battle is a little more uphill.

Speaking of Floyd just "Scene" that his fighter J'Leon Love will be on the Alexander Vs. Brook card also his other fighter Ishe Smith will challenge K-9 Bundrage for the 154 belt same card.

Got me thinking a bit... Mayweather Vs. Alexander in the works???
    Just sayin'

At what point did Pacquiao ever supposedly surpass Mayweather?

Mayweather has always had the better resume/legacy.

    Mosley was P4P#3 btw.

It was the MAB win that had Pacquiao ahead but the way Mayweather completely outboxed and embarrassed Marquez who went on to outbox and KO Pacquiao at the same weight is in hindsight a huge win.

If he beats Guerrero and Canelo there can be no doubt.

Well the MAB win and the Marquez W really set Pac apart. But yeah Floyd's good work late on is really starting to take over. Even once he becomes the lineal champ at 154, he'll actually tie Pac's record 4 lineal championships, Pac's only real record.

The last 10 or 15 are what make the difference. Ad think, you have to go as far back as the Hatton for Floyd fight to compare. As you say, the Barrera win stands out.
