    This is a very smart move by Team Canelo, Before you all cast stones and say he is ducking Trout hear me out.
    Floyd Mayweather can not make money fighting Guerrero the event will ****ing Flop, you need Canelo on that card against Trout to boost PPV and Ticket sales.
    What Canelos basically doing is letting GBP and Floyd know your not going to make free money on my name, if Floyd believes he can draw and sell that fight on his own let him but we all know the truth, having Canelo on that card especially unification against Trout who just dominated Cotto who beat Canelos brother that is going to sell to the Mexican fans.

    Floyd will benefit from it because he will be making the most money that night if the card stands as is. so Canelo in turn is demanding that he get his shot at Floyd or Floyd and GBP can figure out a way to turn this **** of a fight into something... lets be real nobody is excited about the main event.... nobody other than Guerrero

    ya cuz if he dont fight mayweather then he wants to fight a for sure win . so he will fight little guys to help him win so it wnt ruin his chance of a mayweather fight.

    You guys are all over the place with this thing.

    Basically it's a very smart move as it's been pointed out. Both Canelo and FLoyd are trying to use each other; difference being, Canelo seems to want to fight FLoyd. Floyd, not so much!

    yeah Canelo finally smartening up, instead of willingly signing on to fight on the Mayweather undercard he's playing hard ball, good for him

    I too feel Mayweather-Guerrero doesn't have all that great selling power, and badly needs several other big names (Broner/Canelo)

    but since Mayweather hasn't officially announced Guerrero as his next opponent, if Canelo holds firm, any chance Mayweather decides to face Canelo on May 4th?

    wonder what GB will do, as if Canelo is firm on NOT fighting at MGM Grand .. on May 4th

    could he fight at a different venue entirely and be in a co-main event slot?

    decision decisions, only time will tell
