As people will know around here, i have been a massive David Haye supporter, but his attitude has also pissed me right off of late aswell.

But its just the way he operates, only takes big fights/media money, and in my opinion..? He has never been interested in being a champion, and defending his titles against all comers.

He has been interested in capturing titles, but i honestly don't think has ever been committed to doing the traditional thing of defending your title against all comers.

Every single move he makes is strategic to make the most money possible, in one go.

I don't mind Haye's outlook I don't credit him as being a warrior like Froch or Marquez but it's his choice not to fight more often. He could easily be disposing of some of the other heavyweights at the moment and probably making a lot of money in the process but he only wants the big fight with Vitali, he's not interested in taking punishment and heavy weight punches for anything less than a big event and a big pay day. While it's disappointing if I was in his shoes and didn't need the money I'd probably do the same!

 

Haye is still on only 1 vote, tbf I would have voted for him before I'm a celeb but the program changed my opinion of him.
