This is true, I once asked the tester did I pass and started celebrating, I imagine Pacquiao would feel the same.

Exactly right. then your buddy covers up for you and says you are fine but you still refuse to do testing.

Then come back years later, saying OK you're willing to test now  :verysad

I never said he was on PEDs, I just think he didn't want the fight. Or Arum didn't. Either way they walked from mediations and cancelled the fight.

Then came back years later saying they are able to do full testing now :tired

early 2011 Uncle Roger was quoted to say that they'd only take the fight under the pretext of 100 million dollars to them.

Because Pacquiaos dealer advised him not to involve himself with random blood testing as whatever he was on at the time could potentially show up, and thus ruining his whole profile and political ambitions.

He had every right not to take the tests, as he's on something and if it were to show, he'd suffer some major consequences.

If you subtract the ******* opinion pretty much everyone left sees it is clear as day he was blood doped as ****. They just happen to be a very vocal (and largely mentally deficient) minority...

Chump please. This is like a jealous co worker dry snitching on the employee of the year. The only logical answer is the bosses telling the snitch to kick rocks.

You got this **** twisted. Pac don't work for Floyd. They're co workers. ..

That commission is proven to be inept. Shane Mosley is an admitted PED user, but Shane Mosley never failed one commissioned test. The BALCO trials exposed him.

If Manny can make non-commissioned stipulations ($10mill/1 lb overweight) and smaller ring size, then why can't Floyd? Nice double standard.

Oh, and running from drug tests for years is a good way to prove your innocence... :patsch  :rofl
