Chavez Jr STOPS Triple G

This is the type of fight that Arum should love, Chavez was suppose to get 3 million and Martinez got 1.5 million and the fight did 30 million on the gate and Pay per view, those are goo margins, and the GGG-Chavez fight could do great numbers. Chavez would win, boxing fans are very bandwagon. Because Cotto lost to Mayweather and Trout he sucks and because Chavez lost to Martinez he sucks, those are elite guys.

 

I would say the latter would have more to do with it.

Yes, he did get in the ring against Sexy Sergio, which demands respect, but his whole work ethic, his attitude and coupled with the failed drug test turned alot of people off.

 

You didn't get the least bit shook (or in your heart, excited :yep) when Chavez started unloading on Sergio in the 12th? That **** damn near felt scripted. Chilling stuff.. I was freaked out. :-(

 

I had money on Sergio and am a huge fan of his so yes i was SHOOK AS **** when that happened.

And hey you're so right on that looking scripted...i was all like "NO ****ing way, is Sergio taking a ****ing dive!!??" But then i saw the look in his face when he got up, he clearly looked like he was ready to go.

Man what an intense 12th round that was.

 

The second half of 2012 really wasn't that bad at all. I was ****ing shocked beyond belief twice, so I appreciate it and feel I got my money's worth on both occasions (Paid up to Bob twice! :verysad). Rios-Alvarado too :bbb

Getting hyped to see Warlando/Garcia and GGG back in the ring. Rosado's a ****in Nutcase.

 

I feel a bit of sympathy for Jr. He was virtually talentless except for his chin and some power but now, the work he's put in has made him a top 15 fighter. Of course he's had an easier road than most fighters financially but careerwise he's travelled a road most of us would have probably quit at some point.

I would not like to see the GGG decapitate him.

and that Warlando-Mikey card is gonna be GREAT. Can't believe ****in Top Rank is putting up such an epic card...almost sounds too good to be true, man. And yeah Rosado is crazy, but dude has HUEVOS.

And lets not forget Martinez-Burgos on that card, its gonna be ****ing sick, man. I CANNOT WAIT! :happy

 

I just watched interview with golovkin. G said, that he wants 4 or 5 fights in this year, and he is ready to fight Pirog in march.

This would be like a pit bull vs a bob cat.. the only out come will be ****ed up pit bull the pit bull being Chave Jr..

Chavez has no defense and I don't care who you are, you just don't eat a 10 or 12 round diet of power punches which Chavez will do. I guarantee if he eats 10 rounds of power shots from GGG he will not have the reserves he had against Martinez in the later rounds.
Fights like this will end chavez's career quick

They have sparred. By all accounts, it didn't go very well for Chavez Jr.

 

I will INTENTIONALLY be blocking out everyone before the fights take place.
