It was a real bad move to avoid the Peterson fight. I think his conduct after the Pac fight contributed to him being in such an odd situation.
And if he fights Manny again that's ten million, I can't think of fighter who is more boring and he got more than Chavez and Martinez combined got.
...because he is the man at welterweight? :deal Casuals know who he is now, even if it's as someone who took an unpopular decision over the previous #1. Why wouldn't there be one?
No... -1+ million vs. Casamayor -5+ million vs. Pacquiao OR -1.4 million vs. Khan (this is a fact, this is the money offered with no exception) -2012, maybe two fights in that time, 1.3 million each as part of his HBO contract (also a fact, non-speculative) So, either 6+ million for Casamayor and career exposure vs. Pacquiao OR 4 million exactly for Khan and two other fights. I think he clearly made the best move.
Well, there seems to be no possibility of him getting an opponent that would be remotely worthwhile. Ward is a better fighter than Bradley, and has a bigger fanbase. It was odd and unique for him to get a two part 24/7 on HBO, and that's because his opponent was the LHW king and a fellow well televised American. You really think Bradley vs. Jones would have a 24/7? Team JMM won't fight Bradley, they have said. I highly doubt Pacquiao faces him after what has happened in his career. Golden Boy pretty much has the whole stable at 140/47. I don't see any options. There's a reason why at the end of summer Peterson II and Provodnikov were the only two talked about fights for Bradley to have maybe fought in December.
Get in the ring with a big name fighter as soon as possible. I would like to see Bradley v.s. JMM at 147 the most.
