Good question? I'd say 100% not tho.
Floyd wouldn't even blink at a possible Trout fight.
    (Not worth his time)

No, as I understand it, Canelo took the Trout fight knowing the Floyd fight is his win or lose.

Smart by Haymon. Once Canelo gets embarassed, he can say the Floyd fight isn't viable.

I dont see Floyd agreeing to something like this. Hes not the type to look past opponents and start negotiating a fight before hes even won his May fight. And if Canelo is somehow guarenteed the fight, i doubt GBP would allow Canelo to face Trout first. But i think Canelo has to fight someone credible like Trout at 154 before he gets a shot at Floyd. Mayweather Canelo is an 'ok' match up untill Canelo proves himself at the weight. Once he does, this becomes a GREAT match up

Sounds like all Canelo needs to do is not get knocked out and the refs will handle the rest.

I doubt he will get past Trout. Whether he does or don't, Floyd will humiliate him and his fanboys who believed this hypejob.
Saul ''don't believe the hype'' Alvarez.

When was the last time FLoyd "humiliated" a legit 147/154lbr without the aid of a sucker-punch?

This fight would be a lot closer than some of you think (still skeptical it will happen though).

Does he have to get a win over Trout to fight Floyd? A robbery or gift doesn't count.

Floyd is too alpha to sign away his future.

Floyd leaves this to other people. I doubt he is looking past anyone. ****, they haven't even announced his next opponent. Seems certain it isn't Canelo though.

I think Floyds waitin on Canelo to beat someone credible before he fights him. And like i mentioned this fight doesnt make sense and isnt anything special untill Canelo proves himself.

Not that hard to sell to the casual boxing public. Hungry young undefeated lion with a huge fan base. But, no one asks for my business decisions in this regard for good reason.

guarantee Floyd? There is no such thing. If this were Marvin Hagler or Thomas Hearns you could say guarantee, but not Floyd. If Canelo looks good Floyd will back out. But I do think Trout could look good against Canelo, but eventually Canelo is stronger.
