Actually Floyd had no right to ask for the testing, what gets me is the only time he asked for testing is when the idea that he might have to face this little Typhoon from the Philippines, to me the way I see it had Floyd not requested the testing Floyd would have made the richest payday of his career likely pulled out a win over Pac and moved on to a rematch to make more money.

Other fighters stepped in there with Pac with out testing and have won...:deal thats because those other guys believed in themselves...

Manny publicly said it in post-fight interviews and news sources throughout 2011. After the Mosley fight, Mayweather said without unrestricted random testing up to the fight, "then we don't have no fight." A few months later Pacquiao reiterated several times testing was fine. Floyd ditched Arum's phone-call negotiation deadline in July of 2010, and then didn't fight for a year and a half until Ortiz. For that whole year and a half, the forum was filled with *******s ridiculing Floyd and the rest being fed up with Floyd. People forget that. This last **** up was mostly Arum, with Floyd not making things easier by pre-determining a date and venue and denying him PPV money, but Arum was coming up with 1,000 **** poor excuses. But for a huge bulk of time, Mayweather decided he'd rather be at home while Manny beat up Top Rank fighters and claimed to agree to full testing through the media.

Do you ever post anything else to offer for discussion other than trolling with that overplayed image?

So Pac demands Floyd pays 10$ million/1 LB over the weight limit and a smaller ring size, but both of those are okay? Even though the commission has penalties of its own and regulates ring size for weight classes, Pac can go above the commission and make demands?

Then when Floyd does it... "scared, ducker, etc".

God you *******s are so ****ing bad at logic

Before Prime Pac got KTFO6 by an old man, Roach was saying as recently as September/this summer that Manny would not agree to testing. This. Past. Summer. Roach said no to testing.

Floyd tweets to Manny, calls Manny by cell phone, offers him $40 million cash there on the spot. Manny says "talk to my promoter". I need 9 months for cut to heal. I need outdoor stadium. We need cut off date.

It's distinctly clear (like night and day) whose largely responsible for the walloping to never take place, and it's not an african american fighter.
