Did anyone else notice during the interview today with IFilmLondon, Hearn said he was very eager to sign a big named Heavyweight and right at the end he gave a wink to Kugan regarding someone he was interested in.

With Maloney promotions in trouble, and his contract almost up with Price will Matchroom poach Price and finally nail the coffin on Maloney promotions.

    We can only hope:hey:hey

I don't see this happening. Maloney will have Price locked onto a ball and chain. If he lost Price he'd be royally ****ed and he knows it, he'd never just let another promoter sign him. Especially since because he doesn't like Eddie over the exclusive Sky deal.

Yeh pretty sure Price has a 5 fight deal with Maloney & Box Nation, so he is two fights down.

With BT in play he might have a shot. But I think Frank is going to really struggle to sign fighters after the way he has handled allot of fighters the past 5 years.

No, not true he will not be remembered, the only one will be the female boxer who i can't even remember :lol:

He is not a big name, he could become one but he is not established and he is not very good anyway.

Audely was a more impressive gold medallist, guarantees little.

i'm not on the 'josh' bandwagon and yes he was lucky in 1, if not 2 of his olympic fights. BUT he is definitely a name in british boxing. people would notice if eddie/frank signed him - his debut would top a bill. whoever he joins with, whenever that may be, it will be quite a significant move, and there will undoubtedly be some hype around him.
