    Baer, Griffith, Mancini, Pintor, etc.

Who all had someone die at their hands in the ring and how did it affect them after? It seems few, if any, were ever the same again.

    Joe Bugner

    Gabe Ruelas struggled

Richie Wenton broke down and quit in his next fight, after the tragic death of Bradley Stone.

It would be great to have something close to a comprehensive list -- who died at whom's hands -- but the deeper point is how it affected the survivor going forward. What a terrible burden to carry.

Primo Carnera, Curtis Parker, but none moreso than Hector Thompson, who suffered the fate twice.

I almost forgot, the same thing happened to Sugar Ramos twice as well.

When asked if he had tried to get Jimmy Doyle in trouble, SRR said "it's my business to get a man in trouble"...

Two of Bud Taylor's 's opponents also died...Not sure how it affected his fighting style, but it must have been awful for him to deal with.

It may have been delayed but I think you'll find all of Bob Fitzsimmons' opponents died after fights with him.

    I cannot argue with this.
