Better, yes, likely. But more accomplished and deserving of a higher rank at WW? I don't think so. Bradley, 2-0 UD Abregu SD Pacquiao Guerrero, 2-0 UD Aydin UD Berto I think the Pacquiao fight is a clear defeat (it'd be closer if boxing was scored by overall feel and not by rounds). I think Abregu is clearly the least significant victory of the three "real" victories listed (even if Abregu is underrated).
Guerrero is arguably the best WW. But WW is a weak ass division right nw. Bradley has a questionable desicion vs Pac and an unimpressive performance vs Abregu as his WW resume. But his strong Jr WW campaign has a lot of carry over. Guerrero has 2 strong perfromances against Berto and Aydin at WW. And had way more exciting fights. Would be great to have Guerrero and Bradley fight it out for a shot against Mayweather.
Haha I didn't take any offense. I realized what I wrote was simply... idiotic :nut Thanks for pointing it out. I missed it! I wonder how crappy WW division will be in 3 years time. No Floyd/Manny/JMM. Most young prospects have been consumed during the Manny/Floyd build-up. Only Vargas/Ghost remain and Ghost is likely to fight Floyd in May. I don't know where Gary Russell Jr. is fighting these days since he only fights journeymen
I disagree. Bradley has a way of making every fight he's in terribly boring. And that's without considering he's stupid ****ing headbutt gimmicks. Bradley's too feather-fisted to hurt Ghost (or anyone apparently) but Ghost is showing a clear capacity to inflict damage and a chin to absorb, should he need to. I've got Ghost ahead of Tim with fair amount of ease. I also think Ghost beats Tim H2H. Very sloppy, boring, clinchy, close UD
Guerrero? Not too many. Ortiz, Josesito Lopez, and Maidana have arguments. Marquez as well. My comment wasn't suggesting he's not feasibly a top welterweight, but that the ranking doesn't necessarily correspond to how dangerous he is. People are going on and on about his chin, his heart, he's a southpaw...that's not enough.
Very simple. Right behind Floyd, Marquez, Manny, and Bradley. At least for now, but he's on a hotstreak and most likely in his prime I wouldn't be surprised if he dethroned anyone of those 4. He's in perfect position to do it. Anyone still think he's a superfeatherweight is sadly mistaken just like Berto found out. Nobody can outbox Floyd 140-154, but they can outwork him like Castillo did. RG all wrong for Floyd.
The road to floyd is a life and death fight with Berto.:deal Berto is not on the same level as bradley So to say the ghost wins is kinda stupid thing to say *****
