idk if Banks wins this he's in line for the WBC title. Right now I'd favor Banks over Arreola or Stiverne.
Maybe. Mitchell was supposed to on paper. Of course, neither of them is packing the glass Mitchell has (in fact, as limited as both are, they do have in common the ability to both deliver and take a solid punch). I don't know. After Banks vs. Mitchell I, it's not as cut and dry picking either of those guys over him as it would've been before. He could play it safe and outbox them.
You know how I feel about Mitchell. Lets not get confused, Mitchell has a jaw made of fine china, it is a miracle he got by Chazz. Banks beating him in no way puts him on par with the middling group of North American heavyweights like Arreola and Stiverne. Banks doesn't have enough and his chin is too weak to keep Arreola/Stiverne off of him and to be able to withstand the pressure they bring.
Banks is smart as well as ring smart. he knows what to do and what not to do this time. he should win again but not as quick...unless his plan is to jump on him quick and early because Seth is a slow starter, but that still can be dangerous if not careful
Banks took Zack Paige, THE ****ING ZACK PAIGE, 8 rounds. On top of that the moment he stepped up comp he got KO'd by ****ing Adamek, the same Adamek who was almost put to sleep by ****ing Micheal Grant, fought life and death with Nagy, and was outclassed by Chambers and Cunningham.
Different banks back then. I know Banks like a brother for 8+ years with team Klitschko. He has changed everything. How he looks at boxing, how he trains...everything
That is nice and all chef, but he was rocked and ready to go just like ****ing Chazz. The only difference is he caught Seth coming in wide while Chazz didn't and was put down. Banks will never be a top HW and quite frankly I don't think he is ever gatekeeper level at HW.
